6.1 Ownership. All Content on the Platform — including text, articles, guides, data tables, graphics, the pk366 logo and site design — is the intellectual property of pk366 or its licensed content contributors, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited Licence. pk366 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Content for your own personal, non-commercial informational use only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce or download Content in bulk for redistribution or commercial use.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on Platform Content.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.

References to third-party brand names — including payment service names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and sporting references such as PSL, ICC or T20 — are used for descriptive and contextual purposes only. All such names remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply any endorsement of, or affiliation with, pk366.

7.1 Accuracy of Content. pk366 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on the Platform is accurate and up to date at the time of publication. 8.1 General Exclusion. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk366 and its directors, employees, contributors and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Content thereon.
• Any decision to register with, deposit funds into or wager on any third-party operator referenced on the Platform.
• Any gambling losses, failed withdrawals, account restrictions or disputes with third-party operators.

13.1 Applicable Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk366 is registered and operates, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13.2 Local Law Compliance. Nothing in these Terms displaces any mandatory consumer protection, data protection or other statutory rights that you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan remain subject to Pakistani law in respect of their own conduct, including any laws relating to gambling, foreign exchange and online activity.

13.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.
